Rich Bolt brings over 25 years of experience in the lending and mortgage industry, having started his career in March 1997. Since joining Crossroads Financial Mortgage, Inc. in October 2007, he has become a trusted expert in helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Rich holds a Mortgage Banking and Broker license, which he earned in August 2004, and specializes in FHA and Conventional purchase and refinance transactions, as well as renovation lending.

Rich’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has earned him the prestigious Five Star Mortgage Professional Award 11 times, including every year for the past decade. His deep understanding of the industry and personalized approach make him a standout professional in the field.

A graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Rich also attended Raritan Valley Community College. His strong educational foundation in finance complements his passion for guiding clients through one of life’s most significant financial decisions.

Rich resides in Somerset County, NJ, with his wife, their two children—a 17-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son—and their cherished pets, which include three dogs and several cats. A passionate animal lover, Rich and his family actively volunteer and foster animals through a local rescue organization.

When not assisting clients, Rich enjoys watching his favorite sports teams, the New York Mets and New York Giants, and spending quality time with his family.
